Audrey
Von-Maszewski,
Practice Manager
Audrey holds her BS in Psychology from Michigan State University and has multiple years of experience within the mental health field. During her undergraduate education, she worked in the Community-AID Laboratory and presented research at the International Community Psychology Conference in Chile. Audrey has experience working as a residential counselor as well as an in-home counselor and crisis response worker for high-risk adolescents throughout central Massachusetts.
In her free time, Audrey enjoys playing with her fur babies and reading non-fiction books to learn about history, psychology, nature, and more. She strives to meditate daily and create a positive atmosphere for those around her. Audrey also teaches dance classes and choreographs competitive routines for young dancers in Central MA.
Sarah tilton, lcsw

Sarah holds a masters degree in social work from Baylor University. Her experience has allowed her to work with individuals of all ages in a variety of settings such as emergency departments, cancer centers, foster care, and school-based counseling services. She is a level two Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and additionally holds a certification in Integrated Behavioral Health.
Sarah takes an eclectic approach to therapy, utilizing various modalities such as dialectical behavior therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, as well as various play and art therapy techniques in both individual and group sessions. Sarah believes in creating an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment for her clients where they can work toward their therapeutic goals. She has worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, self-acceptance and self-image challenges, life transitions, ADHD, as well as autistic individuals.
Sarah enjoys helping people explore their mind-body connection and process through how various aspects of their experiences and identity have and are impacting their wellbeing and goals. Sarah prioritizes creating a space where people feel supported and validated as well as challenged to see how their own defenses are getting in the way of their wellbeing.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, reading, and trying new recipes (with varying levels of success)
Kristen Krumbiegel, LICSW
Kristen Krumbiegel is an LICSW. She graduated from Boston College School of Social Work where she learned a variety of strategies to help support people in their lives. She is holistic with the type of therapies that she uses; combining features from DBT, CBT, trauma informed therapies and motivational interviewing. Most of her work has been related to people who are experiencing depression and anxiety that may be lifelong or situational. She works with adults and elders but has experience working with younger clients as well. Her passion is helping people manage the challenges of loved ones who are going through life transitions related to long-term illness or end of life stages.
Kathryn Portnow, M.eD, Ed.d
Kathryn has extensive training in developmental and lifespan psychology deepening her understanding of the many transitions and challenges adults face. She holds a doctoral degree in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College, with a specialization in holistic counseling and older adult mental health. Kathryn is a certified grief educator trained by grief expert, David Kessler. She co-moderates a specific loss group for his online grief community, Tender Hearts.
Kathryn enjoys working with adults ranging in age from young adults to elders. She counsels people who struggle with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, transition and phase of life issues, relationship problems, attachment and relational trauma.
A deep clinical interest is helping adults navigate their own and their loved ones’ later life challenges associated with aging such as: multiple losses, changes in important relationships, caregiver stress, and changing family roles. Kathryn is also passionate about working with and helping people struggling with grief and loss. She is experienced supporting those with parental loss, spousal loss, and loss of a loved one by long-term illness, cancer, and/or dementia
A believer in compassionate and deep listening, Kathryn works collaboratively helping clients to identify their goals and work toward meeting them in a way that honors their unique strengths. Kathryn values the holistic relationship between mind, body, and emotions and integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches. She believes in an individual’s potential to grow and change across the lifespan.
Catherine Johnson, MA
Catherine Johnson has a Masters in Science from Northeastern University in Applied Behavioral Analysis, as well as a Masters in Counseling from Framingham State University. She is working towards her licensure as an LMHC. Catherine has a decade in the field of mental health with experiences ranging from inpatient level of care, to intensive outpatient group programs, as well as in-home individual therapy and outpatient individual therapy.
Catherine worked for 5 years implementing behavioral early interventions for children and adolescents on the Autism spectrum, and then switched her focus to adult mental health. Catherine has worked with adolescent and adult clients (and their families) who are struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, suicidality, PTSD and trauma, and substance use.
Her lens for therapy is holistic, in that she works with the “whole” person; emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally. Catherine utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed therapies, as well as Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness based techniques. She is a firm believer that warmth, connection, humor and vulnerability are must haves to form a therapeutic relationship.
Jillian Kastal, LICSW
Jillian is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and holds a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from Simmons College in Boston. She has spent the past 10+ years working in a variety of mental health settings including residential care, emergency services, crisis stabilization, applied behavior analysis, and outpatient individual/family therapy.
Jillian has extensive experience helping a diverse range of populations including those struggling with severe mental illness, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, substance use, depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, suicidality, and impulse control disorders. She specializes in working with children/adolescents, families, and young adults but enjoys serving people of all ages. Jillian has a wealth of knowledge in various levels of care and additional treatment options in the community.
She deeply values the importance of the therapeutic relationship and providing a non-judgmental environment for her clients to feel as supported as possible. Along with this approach, she ensures that the use of evidence-based practices is tailored to the unique needs of each person she works with. Jillian utilizes CBT, family systems, trauma narrative therapy, psychodynamic, and solution-focused therapy. She strives to help her clients develop new thinking patterns, strengthen their relationships, and build skills to effectively manage difficult emotions as well as situations. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her 2 cats, hiking, and exploring different restaurants.
Rachael Bottone, LMHC
Rachael is a licensed mental health counselor. She graduated from Becker College with a masters in community mental health with a specialization in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She has spent the last 6 years working in a variety of settings such as mobile crisis units, emergency services, inpatient psychiatric facilities, and outpatient community mental health centers. She provides trauma informed care using methods such as dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and acceptance commitment therapy. Rachael utilizes a person-centered, strengths based holistic approach to therapy, with a particular passion for the mind-body connection and spirituality. She deeply values the client-therapist relationship, favoring radical transparency whilst finding a balance between personal accountability and unconditional positive regard. Rachael enjoys working with young adults, particularly those struggling with complex trauma, mood disorders, transitional life phases, relational issues, personality disorders and gender identity/sexuality. In her spare time, Rachael enjoys weight lifting, reading, meditation and yoga practices, quality time with Leia, her Australian shepherd, and any outdoor activity in the sunshine or on the water.
Rose doan, MA
Intake Clinician
Rose graduated from Fisher College with a master's degree in counseling psychology with a focus on trauma. She is working towards Massachusetts licensure as an LMHC.
She has experience in outpatient and inpatient settings. Rose has worked with high-risk adolescents in psychiatric care, provided individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, and has experience in substance use and addiction running psycho-educational group therapy.
Rose enjoys working with individuals of all ages and diagnoses. Some of these include depression, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders. While she has been trained in various treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT her approach is person-centered, and strengths based. She is passionate about utilizing humor and empowering individuals to lead fulfilling lives.
In her spare time Rose enjoys watching New Girl, creating music playlists, and roller-skating.
chloe blair, MA
Chloe Blair is a mental health counselor working towards both LMHC and LMFT licensure. She graduated from William James College with a masters in clinical mental health counseling with a concentration in couples and family therapy.
Chloe has experience working with people of all ages in both school systems and in-home therapy. She has worked with those struggling from depression, ADHD, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, and trauma-related disorders. Chloe has experience providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy.
Chloe enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults through their life transitions and changes. She takes a person-centered and strength-based approach to her work with clients and through trauma-informed care, encourages growth with motivational interviewing, CBT, family systems therapy, and radical acceptance. Chloe is passionate about her work with the LGBTQ+ community and strives to help individuals in the community overcome negative thought patterns, learn self-acceptance, and feel safe in their own body. Chloe works to provide clients with a safe space in order to foster a comfortable and trustworthy therapeutic relationship.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and her two cats Lentil and Tim, dancing with her performance team, playing the piano, and painting.
Brigitte “B” Manseau, MA

Brigitte (she/her) graduated from Assumption University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is currently pursuing licensure as an LMHC.
She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and suicidality. Additionally, Brigitte enjoys working with LGBTQIA+ youth and adults including individuals who are questioning their gender and/or sexuality. She has worked in community mental health, school-based, LGBTQIA+ youth program, and town youth and family agency settings.
Brigitte works with individuals to explore challenging emotions and thoughts, identify unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and promote a greater sense of well-being. Brigitte utilizes various evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, MI), mindfulness, relational work, and play therapy. She has found that a sense of humor goes a long way during difficult times. Brigitte’s goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space for you to feel listened to and supported, as well as empowered to reach your goals.
In her spare time, Brigitte enjoys spending time with her loved ones, listening to music, and checking out local eateries.
